THE CORPORATION OF THE CITY OF PORT COQUITLAM MEMORANDUM TO Kirk September 8th, Administrator FROM: Freeman Clerk SUBJECT: Development Variance Permit 2311 Shaughnessy Street RESOLUTION: That as recammended by the Director of Community Planning in his memorandum of August 11th, 1987 a Development Variance Permit be approved extending relaxation of the requirements of the Zoning Bylaw No. 2240, Section 808, RM=-4, Apartment, Subsection (6) Side yards from 7.5 metres to 5.8 metres and Subsection (7) Rear Yard from 7.5 metres to 3 metres. And That relaxation be extended for the requirements of the Development Management Bylaw No. 2242, Section (5) Off Street Parking (b) Multiple Family Dwellings from 33 parking stalls to 29 parking stails. BACKGROUND AND COMMENTS: Pursuant to instructions issued by the Council at its meeting of August 24th, 1987 the owners and residents of property surrounding the subject property have been advised that Council are considering issuance of this Development Variance Permit at its meeting of September 14th, 1987. Accordingly, at this time written or verbal submissions Should be considered by the Counci! and a decision reached as to whether or not the Development Variance Permit should be issued.
