for third reading to the attention of the Councii at this time. The Counci |
may now decide whether it wishes to give third reading immediately or delay

it until the nex+ meeting so that any representations made at the Hearing
can be fully considered,

In order to preserve the judictal nature of the procedure by which Council |
gives consideration to requests for rezoning it ig not possible for further

representations from the applicant or the public to be received now that the
Public Hearing has been adjourned,
