RECOMMENDATION:

That City Council direct the Clerk's Office to prepare a bylaw
rezoning Lots 1 through 4 and 11 through 23 of Block 3 of BOL
340, NWLD Plan 2826 from RS-2 to RS-1A.

COMMENTS:

This subdivision application conforms with the Official
Community lan and proposed subdivision plan contained in the
draft South Pitt River Road Neighbourhood Plan Report. The
proposal is viewed as being a continuing step in development of

the area to an urban density.

ln conclusion approval of this rezoning application is
proposed.
