Intent of the Proposed Bylaw: to rezone:

(a) Lot 114, Plan 24877; and
(b) Lot 386, Plan 59541;

both of the Southeast Quarter, Section 7, Township 40, New Westminster District
from RS=1 (Single Family Residential) to RS~1A (Single Family Residential).
Location of Property Affected:

878 and 890 Victoria Drive

Purpose of the Bylaw:

To permit the subdivision of the present two lots into three lots te be used as sites
for three single family residences.

Further lnformation:
A copy of the proposed bylaw may be inspected in the Office of the City Clerk, Port
Coquitlam City Hall, at the address given above, between the hours of 8:30 a.m. to

4:30 p.em., on regular business days, from the date of this Notice until the Public
Hearing.

Also available for inspection are copies of the "City of Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw,
1979, No. 1651" (which would be amended by the proposed bylaw) and various reports and
plans referring specifically to the purpose of the amending bylaw. |

Public Participation:

At the hearing all persons who believe their interest in property is affected by the
proposed bylaw will be afforded an opportunity to be heard or to present written
submissions respecting matters contained in the Bylaw.
