That the City of Port Coquitlam advise the Provincia! Ministry of
fronment that the City supports Floodplain Management Option 4,
preparation of a local plan incorporating elements cf Option 3, waiving
flood proofing requirements for development behind dykes and Option 1
requiring development not protected by dykes to be constructed above the

flood level.
