That the firm Thorne Stevenson & Kellogg be retained to review our

Computer systems and that the cost estimated at $7,500 be taken from
our computer reserve.

BACKGROUND AND COMMENTS:

The proposal from Thorne Stevenson and Kellogg is to review and make
recommendations on improvements to our present systems as well as to
assist us in addressing our future system needs.
