BYLAW NO. 2134

A Bylaw to amend the "Clty of Port Coquitiam
Zoning Bylaw, 1979, No. 1651",

The Municipal Councli of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitiam,
In open meeting assembled, enacts as follows:

The Zone Designation of RS=2 (Single Family Residential) assigned to the
area of Lot 1 of Lot 1, except part on Plan 68301, District Lot 232,
Group One, Plan 9878, New Westminster District, shawn Included within Lot
1 on @ subdivision plan of Lot 1 of Lot 1, Plan 9878, except part on Plan
68501 and of Lot 351, Plan 32286 and of Lot 352, Plan 32286 except part
on Plan 68301, District Lot 232, Group One, New Westminster District,
prepared by Robert M, Reese, B.C.L.S., of V.C. Goudal & Associates,
British Columbia Land Surveyors, dated August lst, 1985 and bearing thelr
fille number C3688~85 Is removed and the Zone Designation of CD
(Comprehensive Development) Is applied. \

The Zoning Map of thé "City of Port, Coquittam Zoning Bylaw, 1979, ‘No.
1651" js hereby amended to reflect this rezoning. |

A copy of the proposed plan of subdivision referred to In Section 1 Is
attached to thls Bylaw and made a part thereof,

The Comprehensive Development Plan showing an arrangement of parking
Stalis on the property rezoned by this bylaw dated September 5th, 1985
prepared by Urban Design Group, Architects, for A.J.R. Management Ltd.
and signed by A.J. Ricard Is attached to and forms part of this bylaw.

This Bylaw may be clted for all purposes as the "Clty of Port Coquitiam
Zoning Bylaw, 1979, No. 1651, Amendment Bylaw, 1985, No. 2134",
