A Bylaw to amend the "City of Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1979, No.

1651".
The Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam

in open meeting assembled, enects as follows:

i. That certain parcel of land situated in Port Coquitlam, British
Columbia which is more particularly described as:

Lot 10 of Lot "A"
Block 2

District Lot 479

Group One

Plan .20211

New Westminster District

is hereby rezoned from RS-1 to RT=-1 and the Zoning Map ef "The Corporation

of the City of Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1979, No. 1651" is hewreby

amended to reflect this rezoning.

2. This Bylaw may be cited for all purposes as the "City of Port Coquitlam

Zoning Bylaw, 1979, No. 1651, Amendment Bylaw, 1982, No. 1916".

Bylaw No. 1916: to rezone Lot 10 of Lot "A", Block 2, District

Lot 479, Group One, Plan 20211, New Westminster District, from RS-]

to RT-l. : .

This property is located at 1783/85 Dorset Avenue and the rezoning is

being undertaken to bring an existing non-conforming duplex into

compliance with zoning regulations.
