Statutory Right-of-Way to The Corporation of
the City of Port Coquitlam

Please refer to your letter of Cctober 26, 1981 enclosing three copies
of a Statutory Right-of-Way covering a sewer line over Lot 5, Block A
of Section 7 § 18, Block 6, North Range 1 East, Plan 10150 at Port
Coquitlam, B.C.

‘After reviewing the contents of the easement, the C.P. Law Department
has preferred to draft the new document; three copies are attached for
execution by The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam.

Upon the return of the Agreement, it will be forwarded to Canadian
Pacific Express §& Transport Limited for final execution, after which
one fully executed copy will be returned to you.
