“MERIDIAN GARDENS HOUSING PROJECT AT COAST MERIDIAN .

The Leisure Activities Committee has discussed this particular
development and the city park east of it. She Committee would like to
make the following recommendations for consideration by Council:

1. That a five foot chain link fonce be erected south and east
of the development.

That the entrance to the park be via the east side of the
development.

That .a public walkway be created south of the development
through the public road allowance. Furthermore that this
. walkway be built adjacent to the chain link fence.

4. The Committee forsees a passive/active park, in order to
retain the present trees.
