Re October 27th, 1976 GVRD Meeting

The cost of water per 1,000 cu. fr. has been increased from 13.15¢ to
14¢, and the Regional District has accepted the following:
1. Invite the North-East Sector Municipalities and the Provincial
Department of Housing to work with the GVRD to secure commitment to the

-Regional Town Centre, Transportation Improvements, needed Services and

Housing.

2. Reiterate the need to designate one Regional Town Centre, but note

that the development of the Regional Town Centre must not harm existing

municipal centres.
