EPEAS the lands hereinafter described are situate within an area so designated; AND WEEREAS the Owner of the said lands hes made application for a Land Use Contract co authorize works, development, and use some aspects of which are not in conformity with the relevant City By-laws as the gaze 2p3ly to the zone in which the said lands are situate; REAS the Council has given duc regard to the following cons{zevarions: 2 (a) che promotion of health, safety, convenience and welfare of the public. (b) che prevention of the overcrowding of land, and the preservation of the szenities particular to any zone. (c) the securing of adequate light, air and access. (3) the value of the land and the nature of its present and prospective use and occupancy. Tke Council of The Corporation of the City of Pore Coquitlam is hereby authorized and expowered to enter inte a Land Use Contract with Florence Mylrofe of 2156 Prairie Avenuc, Port Coquitlam, 3. C., end Frank Yerio Kissel and Mary Mildred Kimmel of 2032 Suffolk Avenue, Port Coquitiam, B.C., -~2-. in the form and to the extent sect forth in "Land Use Contract No. 17" which is the Schedule hereto annexed and made part of this By-law. 2. The said Land Use Coatract No. 17 shall extend to and shall regulate the development and use of the lands described as; Loc 82, Block 32, Diserict Lot 464, Group One, Plan 46962, New Westminster Districe. 3. Luad Use Contract No. 17 shall have the force and effece of a restrictive covenant running with the land described in Section 2 hereof and shall be registered in the New Westminster Land Registry Office by the City. 4.
