The City has received a request from the Coquitlam Chamber of Commerce to
assist them in the operation of their Tourist Information Booth at the junction of the
Lougheed and Barnett Highways by means of supplying and erecting signs. I have arranged
to have the Coquitlam Engineering Department make the signs required and these signs
will be identical to the signs which the District will be erecting for the Chamber. I
have also applied to the Department of Highways for a permit to place the required signs

on the Lougheed Highway.
