Under these circumstances, it would appear that whilst
your municipality has every right to decline the use of aerial
spraying, there is a commitment for the payment of $500.00 in this
year 1972 to assist the Mosquito Control Board with it's expenses.

It would therefore be appreciated if you would bring
this letter to the attention of your Council and it is hoped that
the City of Port Coquitlam will honour it's comaitment to the
Fraser Valley Mosquito Control Board for the year 1972. ’
