The latest episode in Negotiations involved a package offer from the board which would have granted a grid salary in- crease for teachers and the reinstatement of isolation allowances, but these were tied to a class-size pro- posal and the entire package was subject to a ratification deadline of Oct. 27. At a general membership meeting Oct. 30 a counterproposal was endorsed unanimously by ‘TDTA members, and it was subsequently submit- ted to the board with a Nov, 15 deadline. That deadline passed with no ' response from the board, and there are presently no offers from either side on the bargaining table. i + + i |_| Mountview Bakery & Delicatessen SKEENA MALL Every Friday evening from 5 to 7 p.m. Smorgasbord All you can eat for: (beverages not included) Catering for your Christmas Parties x Hot & Cold plates. $5.95 12/10c se ee BEE ee Oe ALL » FINAL CHRISTMAS SALE JEWELLERY x earrings ® crystal x bracelets * rings * - % WOO! & cotton clothing * - % women’s accessories * and much more!
