REAL PROPERTY FOR SALE BY TENDER

The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam invites tenders for the
purchase of the undernoted properties:

Lot "6", (except Part included in Plan 71468), District Lot 232, Group
One, Plan 68514, New Westminster District.

This property is located in the South Pitt River Road area east of
Citadel Drive.

he property is zoned RS-l (Large Lot Residential).

Tenders must be enclosed in a sealed envelope plainly marked on the
outside "Tender for Lot 6" and addressed to:

City Clerk,

city of Port Coquitlam,

Ste. No. 214, 2571 Shaughnessy Street,
Port Coquitlam, B.C.

and be in his hands by 12:00 o'clock noon, Thursday, March 24th, 1988. Any
tender received after this time will be returned unopened as will all tenders
inadvertently opened before the closing time as a result of not being
adequately marked on the outside of the sealed envelope as required.

Terms of Sale

l. A certified chegue in the amount of $2,000.00 must accompany each
tender as an irrevocable deposit.

Each tender will be open for acceptance by the Council for a period of
30 days from the closing time for receipt of tenders.

The highest or any tender will not necessarily be accepted and the
City reserves the right to waive minor deficiencies in a bonafide
tender rece‘ ved by the closing time.

Upon a tender being accepted by the Council the balance of the offered
price must be paid by the successful tenderer within 30 days of
acceptance or the deposit will be forfeited.

The certified cheques of the unsuccessful tenderers will be returned
no later than 30 days after the closing time for receipt of . tenders
specified above.

Offers are to be made on a "lump sum" cash payment basis and no
conditional offers will be accepted.
