Building Permit for Duplex at 3326 Finley Street

We have an application for a new duplex strata title at 3326 Finley Street
the lot in question is vacanat and meets all the requirements for a two family
residential use as set down in the present Zoning By-law. A visual inspection of
the proposed site has been made and is concurrent with our records on file of the

area.

Would you please bring this to Council to determine if they wiil approve
it. Enclosed are two copies of plans and strip map of the area.
