We discussed this response plan at the recent Comprehensive Regional Water Supply Study:
meeting on May 23, 1991. Most municipalities in the Lower Mainland were represented by their
Engineering Departments at this meeting and unanimously agreed with the over all concept of
the plan. J have reviewed the plan in the contéxt of our Bylaw and our normal operating and .
would recormmend that we ask Council to support the Water Shortage Response Plan as outlined. ©
