THE CORPORATION OF THE CITY OF PORT CoQuL BYLAW NO. 2467 A Bylaw to amend the "Port Coquitiam Zoning Bylaw, 1987, No. 2240” The Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam, in open meeting assembled, enacts as follows: 1. Those certain parcels of land situated in Port Coquitlam, British Columbla which are more particularly described as: a. Lot A, (Except Plan 53544) District Lot 350, Group One, Plan 4986; Lot 12, Block 3, District Lot 380, Group One, Plan 2153; Lot 180, Block 3, District Lot 380, Group One, Plan 53544; all in New Westminster District; are hereby rezoned from RS~1 (Large Lot Residential) to CD (Comprehensive Development) and the Zoning Map of the "Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1987, No. 2240" is hereby amended to reflect this rezoning. The Comprehensive Development Plan entitled “Liberty Homes" and comprising thirteen sheets showing site plan, elevations, and floor plans of a 40 unit townhouse development prepared by "James Fensom Architecture” and dated at Revision No. 8 on November 14th, 1989 is attached to and forms part of this Bylaw. This Bylaw may be cited for all purposes as "Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1987, No. 2240, Amendment Bylaw, 1989, No. 2467". Read a first time by the Municipal Council this 20th day of November, 1989.
