SUBJECT: Development Variance Permit No. 33/88
for 2466 Kingsway Avenue.

RESOLUTION:

That as recommended by the Director of Community Planning in his

‘memorandum of May llth, 1988 a Voluntary Development Variance Permit be

approved relaxing the front yard setback requirement of the Sign Bylaw No.
2095, Sehedule D, M-1 from 3 metres to 1.5 metres for Lot 122, DL 379, Grp. 1,
Pl. 62733.

BACKGROUND AND COMMENTS:

- 7 ‘Pursuant to instructions issued by the Council at its meeting of.
May 16th, 1988 the owners and. residents of property. surrounding the’ subject
property have been advised that Council are considering. issuance of this.

Voluntary Development _ Variance Permit at its meeting of May. 30th, 1988.
Accordingly, at this. time written or verbal ~ submissions should be considered

by the. Council anda decision reached as to whether or not the. Development.
Variance Permit. should be issued.
