That Council direct the Clerk's Office to prepare a bylaw amending
the Official! Community Plan Section 4.4.1. (1) (f) from "West of
Coquitlam River, south of Lougheed Highway" to "West of Coquitlam River
along Lougheed Highway". And revising Schedule B, Plan Map to include
the subject properties.

Subdivision of City Owned Property Brown Street.

Seconded by Alderman Laking;

THAT the three plans of Subdivision prepared by Robert M. Reece,
B.C.L.5., two of which are dated Apri! 24th, 1987 and the third dated
June 265th, 1987 and bearing V.C. Goudal and Associates file numbers of
C3768-86B, C3768-86D, and C3768-86G, as displayed in the Counci! Chamber
at the Council meeting of September 28th, 1987 be and the same are hereby
approved;

AND THAT His Worship the Mayor and City Clerk be authorized to sign
the said Subdivision Plans on behalf of the City and to affix the City's
Corporate Seal thereto and attend to their filing in the New Westminster
Land Title Office.

THAT Lot 17 and 18, District Lot 255, Group One, Plan 2538, New
Westminster District, more commonly known as 1950 McLean Avenue, be
purchased of and from the registered owner thereof at or for the price or
sum of $78,000.00;

AND YHAT the adjustment date and possession date be October 30th,
1987, or earlier;

AND THAT closing costs and various adjustments be made in the norma!
manner as between vendor and purchaser;
