A Bylaw to amend the "City of Port Coquitlam
Cemetery Bylaw, 1972, No. 1192" NOV 21 1983

The Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam, in open
meeting assembled, enacts as follows:

Section 3 of the "City of Port Coquitlam Cemetery Bylaw, i972, No. 1192" js
amended by striking out the words "Public Utitittes Commission" and substituting
therefor the words "appropriate authority of the Province of British Columbia as

required by Statute".

The Bylaw is further amended by inserting, after Section 3, the following as
Section 3A:

"3A. The expansion of the Port Coquitiam Cemetery, within the property described
in Section 2 of this Bylaw, and shown on City of Port Coquitiam Engineering
Department Drawing No. 210-129 is ratified and contirmed and a copy of the
said Drawing is attached to Bylaw No. 2002 of the City."

Clause (#) of Section 20 of the Bylaw is amended by striking out the expression
"Section 'A', 'B' and 'D!" and substituting therefor the expression "Sections

'A', 'BY, IDI, ISTE, 'STFI, 'STG' and ‘STH,

Clause (h) of Section 30 of the Bylaw is amended by striking out the words
"Public Utilities. Commission" and substituting therefor the words "appropriate

authority of the Province of British Columbia",

Subclause (ii) under the heading "Cremation Section" of Clause: (c) of Section 34
Is amended: by adding, after the expression "Cremation Section. |!" the following: °
",CR3 and CR4",

Clause (c) of Section 34 is amended by striking out the expression "Sections ‘A!
and 'B'" wherever they appear therein and substituting therefor the expression
"Sections 'A', 'B', 'STE', "STF, -'STG' and 'STHt", 3

Schedule "C" of the Bylaw is repealed and the Schedule "C" attached to and made
part of this Bylaw js substituted therefor.

City of Port Coquitlam Engineering Department Drawing No. 210-129 is attached to
and made part of this Bylaw. a

This Bylaw may be cited for ail purposes as the "City of Port Coquitlam Cemetery
Bylaw, 1972, No..1192, Amendment Bylaw, 1983, No. 2002".
