It is surrounded on two sides by commercial developments, one side by a duplex and the other side by single family subdivision. The proposed development is a very high quality townhouse project with a lot of excellent design features and appears to fit in very well between commercial and residential uses. The development also provides the opportunity to obtain the necessary property for Oxford widening.
