Alderman Keryluk advises that the resolution set forth on the
reverse side of this memorandum was passed by the Intermunicipal Library
Committee on Thursday, June 23rd, 1977 and is being forwarded to the Minister.

Council's support of this resolution would be appreciated and Alderman Keryluk

will be speaking to this subject at the Council meeting.

Attached as background information is the April 25th, 1977 letter
from the Library Development Commission; Alderman Keryluk's memorandum of

May 9th, 1977 and the Library Development Commission's letter of June 17th,

1977.
