DRAFT RESOLUTION

WHEREAS it is thought desirable to terminate the engagement

of Dunwoody & Company, Chartered Accountants, 606 ~ 505 Burrard Street,

Vancouver 1, B. C. as the City's Auditor;

AND WHEREAS it is thought desirable to appoint Riddell, Stead,

& Company, Chartered Accountants, 713 Columbia Street, New Westminster,

B. GC. as the City’s Auditor;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESCLVED that the engagement of Lunwoody

& Company, Chartered Accountants, 606 ~ 225 furrard Street, Vancouver
1, B. C. as the City's Auditor be and the same is hereby terminated;

Said termination to be effective upon appointment of their successor.
