C. December 2, 1972. ur. R. A, Freeman City Clerk 2272 HcAllister Ave., Port Coquitlam, E, C. Dear Sitr: Re: Estblishment of Kennel - 3551 Devon Road. I object to the proposed dos kennel for the followings reasons; (1) We live only about 20 ft. from the property line and 40 ft. from the house on 3551 Devon Road. (2) We share the sane driveway, 1t would be unfair to me to have to share the driveway with an operating kennel, (3) The noise - there are eitht homes on the west Bide of Devon Road within a 2 1/2 block lensth. There is &@ sub-division of new homes directly behind the property which would be close to 300 ft. fron the proposed doz kennel. (4) My property value would drop because people do not like buying next to &n operating dos kennel. (5) Future development of tha area of about 46 acres bounded by Devon, Pr@irie, Freemont and Lincolm would be hindered by & permit issued for a doz kennel. (6) 2 believe there was an error on the amont of acreage, it should read 4.05 not 4.5. I would apreciate the above reasons to be considered. Yours truly, Anne E. Chauvel
