Ares: 20.633 acres. Request: To rezone from M-2 to M~l. - Comments: The Committee discussed the needs for and methods of design control due to the location of the application. The Committee agreed to the lighter type industrial use in principle and recommend approval provided a method of design control can be found prior to construction. It is suggested -& convenant requiring the Design Panels approval prior to the issuance of the buliding permit be persucd with our solicitor. ‘Recommeadation: The Committee recommends approval in principle provided some method of design control by Council can be implemented.
