RECOMMENDATION:

That the Clerk's office be authorized to endorse the strata title
subdivision of this duplex building.
BACKGROUND AND DISCUSSION:

This application is to strata title a duplex building. Building Permit
No. 1036 was issued in 1980. The building inspector indicates that there are

no outstanding deficiencies.

The tenant has been advised that an application for strata title is in
process.

It is therefore in order to approve this application.
