A regular meeting of the Municipal Council of the Corporation of The
City of Port Coquitlam was held in the Council Chambers, Port Coquitlam, B.C.

on Monday, October 3, 1988, at 7:30 p.m.

Mayor LL.M. Traboulay, Aldermen M.D. Gates, M.C. Farnworth,
Keryluk, G.R. Laking, W.W. Stewart and R.H. Talbot in attendance.

Also in attendazce were City Administrator B.R. Kirk,
Clerk/Deputy Administrator R.A. Freeman, City Engineer T.M. Chong,
Treasurer J.G. Maitland, Director of Community Planning W.A. Brown and
and Recreation Director K.J. Taylor.

B.C. Assessment Authority who gave an explanation of the 1989 and 1990

Assessment notice.
