That the Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port
Coquitlam Support the resolution outlined in the City of Kitchener's
September 29th, 1986 letter regarding Community mai | boxes;

That Mr. Brian Mulroney, Prime Minister of Canada be notified -of
Council's concerns regarding community mail boxes; a

That Mr. DH, Lander, Acting President & Chief Executive Officer,
Canada Post Corporation, Ottawa, Ontario be notified of Council's
concerns; .

That the Federation of Canadian Municipalities be advised of
Council's concerns; ; . Doda,

AND THAT Mr. R.W. Pritchard, Commissioner. of General Services 8 City

Clerk, City of Kitchener be advised of the resolution passed by Counci!.
