Development Permit No. 12/85 RECOMMENDATION: That City Council adopt the following resolution: WHEREAS the permittee wishes to commence a development of the lands herein defined; AND WHEREAS the Permittee has made application for a Development Permit in regard to the Lands; AND WHEREAS the Municipal Act RSBC, 1979 c.290 provides that in a Development Permit certain matters may be varied or supplemented in the manner specified therein; NOW THEREFORE the Council of the City hereby issues a Development Permit in respect of ALL AND SINGULAR that certain parcel of land situated in Port Coquitlam, British Columbia, which is more particularly described as: Part (One Decimal.Qne Hundred and Eighty-four (1.184) acres more or less) of Lot Two Hundred and Eighty-nine (289) Group One (1) lying within the following described boundaries: - : i COMMENCING at the Intersection of the Westerly boundary of the School House Road with the Southerly boundary of Wilson Avenue, the same being 792.7 feet Westerly, measured along the North boundary of said Lot 289, and 33 feet Southerly, measured along the Westerly boundary of School House Road, from the North East corner of said Lot 289, Group 1; thence 8.89 deg. 46 feet West and following the said Southerly boundary of Wilson Avenue, a distance of 313.5 feet more or less to the Easterly boundary of a.10' land (see Plan 2078); thence South 1 deg. 20' West and following the Easterly boundary of said 10' lane, a distance of 165 feet; thence North 89 deg. 46' East and parallel to the said Southerly boundary of Wilson Avenue a distance of 313.5 feet more or less to the Westerly boundary of the School House Road; thence North 1 deg. 20' East and following said Westerly boundary of School House Road, a distance of 165 feet, more or less, to the point of commencement as shown outlined Red on Sketch deposited No. 4711.
