A Bylaw to amend City of Port Coqui
Zoning Bylaw, 1979, No. 1651. APR 25 1983

WHEREAS the Council may in a Zoning Bylaw, pursuant to
Section 716 of the Municipal Act, R.~S.B.C. 1979, c. 290 (the
"Act"), divide all or part of the area of the municipality into.
zones, define each zone and regulate the use of tand,: buildings
and’ structures within the zones;

AND WHEREAS in making regulations herein Counc!l! has. had
-due regard for the considerations set out in Section 716(2) of
the. Act; ;

. NOW THEREFORE the Municipal Council of The Corporation of
athe City of. Port Coquitian in open meeting assembled enacts as
