The Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Pore Coquitlam

will hold a Public Hearing in the Council Chambers, Port Coquitian City Hall,
2272 McAliterer Avenue, Pore Coquitlam, B.C. on Monday, Decenker 14th, 1981 atc
7230 p.m. to consider the following Proposed bylaw to amend the “City of Port
Coquitlam Zoning By-law, 1979, No. 1651", .
Bylaw No. 1848: to rezone the following property:
(a) Lots 6,7,8,9, and 10, Block 2, District Lot 289, Group
One, Plan 2396, New Westminster District;
(b) Lots 9,10,11,12 and 13 Block 5, District Lot 289, Group
One, Plan 2396, New Westminster District;
(ec) Parcel “aN (Bylaw Plan 62823), District Lot 289, Group
Ona, Plan 2396, New Westminster District;
from RS-1 to RM-3.
This property is located at the Southwest corner of Pitt River
Road and Shaughneasy Street and it ig expected that a 25-umit
townhouse complex will be Constructed on the Property following
, couplation of the rezoning procedures.
A previous Public Hearing with-respect to this property was
held on August 24rh, 1981 and this second Public Hearing is
being held due to a change jn the nature of the development
Proposed, including an increase in’ the number of units from

21 to 25.
A copy of the -proposed Bylaw, and other relevant documents nay be
inspected in the Office of the City Clerk, Port Coquitlam Ciry Hall, at the

address given above, between the hours of 8:30 a.w. and 4:30 P.m., on working

days, December 2nd, 1981 to December léch, 1982.

All persons who deem their interest in property affected by the
Proposed Bylaw shall be afforded an opportunity to be heard at the Public

Hearing on matters contained in the Bylaw.
