A By-law to amend che “City of Port Coquitiam Five Year Capital .

The Municipal Council of The Corporation of the Ciry of Port OCT 1 1979
Coquitlam, in open mecting assembled, enacts as follows:
1. The long title preceding the recital of the "City of Port
Coquitlam Five Year Capital Expenditure Programme By-law, 1979, No. 1671"
is amended by striking out the word "Five" and substituting therefor the
_word "Ten",
2. Section 1 of the By-law is repealed and the following substituted
therefor; , .

"1. Schedule "A" to this By-law shall be the Capital Expenditure
Programme of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam for the years
1979, 1980, 1981, 1982, 1983, 1984, 1965, 1986, 1987, and 1988.

3. Section 2 of the By-Jaw is amended by striking out the word
"Five" and substituting therefor the word "Ten".

4, The short t**le of the By-law, as enacted by Section 3, is amended

by striking out the word "Five" and substituting therefor the word "Ten".

5. Schedule "A" of the "City of Port Coquitlam Five Year Capical
Expenditure Programme By-law, 1979, No. 1671" is struck out and the
Schedulc "A" as attached to this By-law is inserted in its place.
6. , This By-law may be cited for all purpeses as the "City of Port
Coquitlam Ten Year Capital Expenditure Programme By-law, 1979, No. 1671,
Amendment By-law, 1979, No. 1697".

Read a first time by the Municipal Council this Twenty-seventh
day of August, 1979.

Read a second time by tac Municipal Council this Twenty-seventh
day of August, 1979.

Read a third time by the Municipal Council this Twenty-seventh
day of August, 1979,

Reconsidered, {finally passed and adopted by the Municipal Courcil
of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam this
