NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

The Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port JUL 3 0

Coquitlam will hold a Public Hearing in the Council Chambers, Port .
Coquitlam City Hall, 2272 McAllister Avenue on Monday, July 30th, 1979
at 7:30 p.m. to consider the following proposed by-law to amend the
“City of Port Coquitlam Zoning By~law, 1979, No. 1651",

By~law No. 1681: to remove the Zone Designation of RS~2

assigned to:
Lots 16 to 29, inclusive, Block 13, Southwest Quarter,
Section 7, Township 40, Plan 2797, New Westminster District;

.and,
Thac portion of road shown dedicated on Plan 2797 included

within the red outline on a By-law plan prepared by W.E.
Frith, B.C.L.S., and dated June 2ist, 1979, a copy of which
said plan is attached to and made part of the "Ulster
Street Road Closure By-law, 1979, No. 1679"; and,

The west 94 feet of Lot 1, Block 14, Southwest Quarter,
Section 7, Township 40, Plan 2797, New Westminster District,

and,
The West 94 feet of Lot A, Block 14, Southwest Quarter, Section

7; Township 40, Plan 5114, New Westminster District;

and to assign the Zone Designation of: RS-1.
This property is located on the West and Easc sides of Ulster
Street between Essex Avenue and Chelsea Avenue and is being
rezoned in order to permit the subdivision thereof and it is
expected that twenty-one single family residential lots will
be created following completion of the rezoning procedures.
A copy of the prop< sed By-law, the Plan of W.E. Frith, B.C.L.S.,
referred to therein, and other relevant documents may be inspected in the .,

Office of the City Clerk, Port Coquitlam City Hall, at the address given

above, between the hours of 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 P.m., on working days,

July 19th to July 30th, 1979.

All persons who deem their interest in property affected by the
proposed by-law shall be afforded an opportunity to be heard at the Public

Hearing on matters contained in the by~law.
