Prior to passage of the foregoing resolutions Alderman Thompson
asked for an explanation of the lease and inquired concerning the use
that cotld be made of the property involved and the City Clerk advised
the property can be used for a golf course and ancillary operations
only and the City Administrator briefly reviewed the terms of the
lease.
