“Re: Release of Land Use Contract — Nu-West
Development Park Site

The property that is to be a Park in the Nu-West development at
Cedar Drive has now been conveyed to the City. However, the Land Use Contract
is still registered in the Land Registry Office as a charge against this
particular property and it would be an advantage for the Land Use Contract to

be removed from the park site and the Solicitor has prepared the necessary

document which is attached to this memorandum.

Might we suggest that Council give consideration to passage of the

following resolution:

on July 26th, 1977 in the New Westminster Land Registry Office

THAT the said Lot 557 be released and discharged accordingly;
AND THAT His Worship the Mayor and City Clerk be authorized
to execute the necessary document therefore and affix the Corporate

Seal thereto."
