approximately 189 Port Coquitlam residents had taken their pets to the
Clinic and the Clinic is experiencing in excess of 700 calis per day
regarding their service. ;

3. Untidy Premises By-law - The Committee considered an amendment to
the Untidy Premises By-law that would improve the definition of "Untidy"
by reason of uncut brush or noxious weeds, etc. The present By-law only
covers junk and discarded materials.

A draft By~law prepared by our Solicitor is attached and the Committee
recommends that it be considered for approval.
