DRAFT RESOLUTION

That the decision reached by this Council sitting as a Committee
of the Whole on Monday, January 5th, 1976 with respect to the employment
of Mr. L. Melnechenko as Assistant City Engineer upon the terms and
conditions set forth in the memorandum dated January 2nd, 1976 and
addressed to the Mayor and Council from Mr. V.G. Borch, P. Eng., City
Engineer, be ratified and confirmed;

AND THAT Mr. Melnechenko's employment with The Corporation of

the City of Port Coquitlam commence on Monday, January 26th, 1976.
