We acknowledge with thanks receipt of your letter dated January 24¢eh,
1973 concerning the atove-noted subject and in reply thereto ve would advise
that whea the same was placed before a regular meeting of the ilunfeipal Council
of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam held on February 5th, 1973 the
following resolution was passed:

"That the letter from the fort Coquitian & District Hunting & Fishing
Club, January 24th, 1973 respectins the Conservation Avard be received and
that they be invited to appear before the Council to discuss this year's
Conservation Award."

“Might we sugzest that the date of Monday, Pebruary 26th, 1973 at
7230 p.m. would be @ convenient date and time for the Council to receiva your
delegation and it would be apprectated 1f you could advise ve at your earliest
convenience whether or not this would ba suitable for the representatives of
your Club.
