EDITOR— | POTT=RS PUB NIGHT Happy few Year’: You are invited to our first ‘Potters Pub Night’ on Friday, January 14th, 7 p.m. onwards, to be held at "The Billy Bishop", Branch 176 of the Royal Canadian Legion, 1407 Laburnum St. (at Cornwall). Some of you may have seen the article about ‘The Billy Bishop’ in the ‘West Ender' newspaper published Nov. 18th. The 'Billy' is unique among local Legions in that it has the decor and ambience of an English pub. On Fridays from 6 - 8 p.m. they serve an excellent "Roast Seef dinner" for only $6.00. Come at 7 p.m. or earlier if you wish to partake of this delicious repast! From 9 p.m. the Billy's talented pianist, Bea Blackford, plays and the ‘regulars’ sing round the piano. The atmosphere is very friendly and lots of fun. Come and join us! Angela.
