Hello Members,

Our tenth Annual Sale, at it's new location, the Vancouver East
Cultural Centre, 1895 Venables St., is two days this year.

We want the 2nd day pots just as impressive as the first. We are
advertising this, plus more pots than ever before. Let's not let
our customers down.

DATE OF SALE: Friday, November 15%, 12 aem. to 9 pom.
Saturday, November 16%, 12 a.m. to 9 pom.

Pots will be accepted at the V.E.C.C. between:
1 pem. and 7 p.m. Wednesday, November 13%
10 aem. and 7 pem. Thursday, November 14%.
Unsold pots must be picked up on
Sunday, November 17% between 9 a.m. and 11.30 a.m.

ENTRY FEE:

Member: $3.00

Non-member: $3.00 plus Membership Fee
$7.00 Lower Mainland and Fraser Valley
$5.00 Other Areas
$3.00 Students

Commission to Guild : 25%

NUMBER OF PIECES:
A Maximum of 60 pieces from each potter ( 1/3 of which may be
sets).
One half of your pots will be set aside for the 2nd day of Sale.

An Information Sooth will be near the entrance of the Centre. We
welcome advertising material from suppliers, teachers and shops.

Needless to say we need more help than ever before. We want your
pots and YOUR HELP.

Please find enclosed invitations with room for you to add a note and
send to your friends and customers. Let them know the 2nd day of the
Sale will have just as many similar pots as the 1st day.

The Sale is a money-maker for the Guild as well as the potters. Please
