Townhouse and Apartment Zones.

If application submitted and processed concurrently with a rezoning
application: $700.00

Without rezoning application:
$150.00 per dwelling unit proposed to be created at the time of
application, provided that the minimurn fee shall be $1,500.00;

Commercial Zones

If application submitted and processed concurrently with a rezoning
application: $700.00

Without rezoning application:

$250.00 per 100 m for the first 1,000 m2 of site area, and

$100.00 per 100 m*“ or portion thereof for the remaining site area,
provided that the minimum fee shall be $2,500.00;

Industrial, Institutional and All Other Zones

if application submitted and processed concurrently with a rezoning
application: $700.00

Without rezoning application:

$125.00 per 100 m* for the first 1,000 m? of site area, and

$ 50.00 per 100 m* or portion thereof for the remaining site area,
provided that the minimum fee shall be $1,250.00;

A fee of $300.00 for document preparation, which shall be refundable if the
application is rejected by City Council and the document preparation is not
required.

Where the entize content of a Development Variance Permit results solely from
a request by the City that the property owner apply for a variance, no
application fee shall be payable.

That Sections 16 to 26 under "Division 5 - Licenced Premises" of the Bylaw be renumbered
as Sections 17 to 27,

That the Bylaw be amended by inserting the following:

28. Every application made to The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam requesting
mmission for conversion into strata lots of a previously occupied building pursuant
to the Condominium Act shall be accompanied by a non-refundable fee of $150.00

per strata lot to be created, provided that the maximum fee shall be $1,500.00.
