This is a plan and cost estimate for the proposed "tot lot" play park which is to be located at
the end of Nacht Avenue and McChessuey Street in the Shangunessy Woods subdivision.
This tot lot is-to he designed for children ages 7-10 years old but should also be able to
eccoramodate older children and exiults. : :

Proposed Design

The Nacht Avermo read allowance will accommodate the amenities requested at the May
2A, 1994 Parks ond Recreation Committee meeting. A sporting amenity can be

accomodated only by adding onto the existing 66" X 91! lot (north end) with an additional
50' X91".
