RESOLUTION?

That as recommended by the Director of Community Planning in his
memorandum of Jun: 28th, 1990 a Voluntary Development Variance Permit be
issued for D.L,. 168 and 169, Plan 85450 (Homesteader Way) in the form
appearing in the Agenda documents of this Council meeting.

BACKGROUND AND COMMENTS:

Pursuant to instructions issued by the Courcil at its meeting of
July 23rd, 1990 the owners and residents of property surrounding the subject
property have been advised that Couneil are considering issuance of this
Voluntary Development Variance Permit at its meeting of August 13th, 1990.
Accordingly, at this time written or verbal submissions should be considered
by the Council and a decision reached as to whether or not the Development
Variance Permit should be issued.
