River Road and Citadel Drive and the Schedule B, Map adding the properties on
the west side of the intersection as Apartment 1 sites.

And That the Cierk's Office be directed to prepare a bylaw rezoning Lots 39
through 44, .DoL. 232, Grp. 1, NWLD Plan 75196 from RS~3 to RM-3.

That the Subdivision Plan of Lots 8 to 14 (inclusive), Block 8,
District Lot 290, Group One, Plan 1957, New Westminster District, wherein
the said Lots are consolidated with property that is the subject of the
"Stafford Avenue Lane Exchange Bylaw, 1987, Nos 2317" and effect is given
to the Road Dedication contemplated by the Bylaw be and the same is
hereby approved;

And that His Worship the Mayor and City Clerk be authorized to sign
and said Subdivision Plan and such other documents as may be necessary
and to affix the corporate sea! of the City thereto.
