of Garbage Packers - Public Works Committee August 4th, 1987.

That the contract for supply of two garbage packers be awarded to Van
Freightliner in the amount of $239,848.00 plus sales tax of $14,390.88,
for supply of the Jaeger packer on a Freightiiner chassis. 7

Norfolk Street - Public Works Committee August 4th, 1987.

That bicycie baffles be installed at the south end of the walkway
leading onto Norfolk Street and the estimated cost of $800.00 be taken
from the unallocated funds in the Public Works Budget.

Westminster District, more commonly known as 2249 Atkins Avenue be
purchased of and from the registered owner +hereof, Mrs. Katharina S.
Knobbe, 2249 Atkins Avenue, Port Coquitiam, B.C. at or for the price or
sum of $93,000.00; . ne

THAT the adjustment date and possession date be September 30, 1987,
or earlier;

THAT closing costs and various adjustments be made in the normal
manner as between vendor and purchaser; |

AND THAT His Worship the Mayor together with the City Clerk and/or
the City Treasurer be authorized to execute such Deeds, Documents, Plans,
Cheques, or other instruments as ave necessary for the purpose afcresaid
and to affix the Corporate Sea! of the City thereto.
