SUBJECT: Development Variance Permit

RECOMMENDATION:

That @s recommended by the Director of Community
Planning in his memorandum of April 21st, 1987 a
Development Variance Permit be approved to relax Zoning
Bylaw 2240, Section 801, Large Lot Residential Zone,
Subsections (4) Front Yard and (7) Rear Yard to permit
building encroachments,

BACKGROUND AND COMMENTS:

Pursuant to instructions issued by the Council at its
meeting of April 27th, 1987 the owners and residents of
property surrounding the subject property have been advised
That Council are considering issuance of this Development
Varftance Permit at its meeting of May 11th, 1987,
Accordingly, at this time written or verbal submissions
should be considered by the Council! and a decision reached as
to whether or not the Development Variance Permit should be
issued, ”
