The Municipal Council of The Corporation. of the City of Port Coquitiam, in open

meeting assembled, enacts as fol lows: ti P

The Zone Designations prasently assigned to those properties {isted in Schedule
"Att to this Bylaw ara removed and the Zone Designations indicated on the ptanoft

zoning attached as Schedule "B" to this Bylaw are, applied.

Schedule "Atl; the listing of properties referred to In Section 1; Is attached to
this Bylaw and made a part hereof. |

Schedule "BY"; the plan of zoning referred ta Section | and being a plan prepared
by "Genstar Land Development" titled "Proposed Zoning" and dated July 4th, 1983
being Revision 3 of June, 1983 Drawing No. 720-191 with a metric scale of 1:2000;
is attached to this Bylaw and made a part hereof. :

The Zoning Map of the "City of Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1979, Now 1651" js
hereby amended to reflect this rezoning.

This Bylaw may be cited for al| purposes as the "City of Port Coquitlam Zoning
Bylaw, 1979, No. 1651, Amendment Bylaw, 19835, No. 1988.!!

Bylaw Noe. 1988: to remove the Zone Designations presently applied to property
(Specified In the Bylaw in the "South Mary HIII" area and to assign the Zone
Designations of A2, RS1, RSIA, RS2, RM1, RM2, RM3, RM4, Cl, C3, Pl and P2 In
accord with a rezoning plan prepared by "Genstar Land Develapment" and indicated
on its June, 1983 Drawing No. 720-191 (Ravision 3) dated July 4th, 1983.

The property affected is located in the South Mary Hill area south of the
transmission {ine and involves the area of property lying generally between Pitt River
Road and Mary Hill Road extending to the Fraser River. ;
