A Bylaw To amend the "City of Port Coquitiam DEC 17 1984
Zoning Bylaw, 1979, No. 1651".

Tne Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City cet

Port Coquitlam, in open meeting assembled, enacts as
follows:

That certain parcel! of tana situated in Port Coquitiam,
British Cotumbdia which is more particularity gescribed as
the easterly 2 acres (8093.44 $q.m.) of Lot 2 shown on as
subdivision pian of: a portion of District Lot 380, Group
One, New Westminster District prepared by Helge Jacobsen é
Associates, Professional 8.C. Lana Surveyors under filé no.
C-84-5234-2 anda dated November 16Th, 1984 is hereby rezoned
from RS-1 to CS=1 ana the zoning map is hereby amenaed to
reflect This. rezoning.
A copy of tne subaivision plan referred to in section 1 is
attachea to this bylaw and made a part hereof.

‘This Bylaw may be cited for ali purposes as the "City of
“Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1979, No. 1651, Amendment
Bylaw, 1984, No. 2069".
